Can you customize an item for me?

Yes, all our designs can be customized. Use the personalization box on each item to let us know how you envision it!

Or utilize our custom order product for the ability to collaborate with us on a one of a kind item (pricing will vary for this route).

Why Cardinals for Memorial Ornaments?

Cardinals are our signature emblem for beloved pets that have crossed the rainbow bridge. We chose this due to the saying that when a cardinal crosses your path its a visit from a loved one that has passed on. Our founder has always found solace from lost loved ones in the company of cardinals and wants to pay tribute to this concept so that your beloved furry friend is always with you!

Shipping & Returns

How long does it take before I receive my order?

Orders to be delivered within the US usually arrive within 10 days or less after an order has been placed.

**We currently are not shipping outside of the US. Stay tuned we are working on being able to change this**

What if an item arrives damaged?

If an item arrives damaged, we will replace the item as soon as we receive a photo proof of the damaged item.

- Please be sure to report this to us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Please take a photo showing the damage.
- Please be sure to include the design in the photo so we can easily identify our product.
- Send the photo to us through our chat messaging.

After we receive your message, we will immediately process your replacement.

What if an item is lost in transit?

All items are sent to you with tracking. If tracking shows that your item is lost in transit or has not moved for 10 days, please contact us immediately.
We will send a replacement as soon as possible if your item is lost in transit.

Can I return my order?

Due to every item being customized we do not accept returns. However if your item arrives damaged or gets lost in the mail we will remake and ship to you as outlined in the above questions.

What if the delivery address I gave is incorrect?

If the address on your file is incorrect or you are not able to receive your package from that address, the item will be returned to sender by the post office.
We can send this back to you for an additional shipping fee. The shipping fee will depend on the item. Please contact us to find out more.
